Dr. Lawrence Chang is a double board certified Johns Hopkins trained plastic surgeon who has been practicing in Delaware since 1994. In 2010, he brought his plastic surgical skills to the Sussex County area. Because of the great need for skilled plastic surgical and tological surgical services in the region, Dr. Chang opened his office on the Route 24 Beebe Hospital Medical Office Campus in 2011.
